Denver Fitness

The Denver Fitness Ideology is an ideology that must not be ignored. In Denver, fitness has a whole different meaning. I just found out that Denver took 6^th place on the “healthiest Cities” in USA list. This is based on the Denver Business Journal (“Denver 6th on most-fit-cities list” by Mark Harden)  When the holidays approach, many people in Denver will be concerned with their fitness because of the good foods and the lack of outdoor activities because of the cold weather.
